Rimmel London Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick Review and Swatches

I realize I'm super late on the bandwagon with this one, but hey, I'm used to it, story of my life. Anyway with every beauty blogger who hasn't been living under a rock for the past 2 years raving about these things I just had to give em a go. I grabbed 4 shades out of the 11 available, so without further ado here they are.

I have the shades 01, 06, 11 and 17. The entire line comes in a custom black tube with Kate's signature on the cap which I just absolutely adore, I think it just makes it seem so much more high end, I don't know I just really really like it. I really do wish they would actually name the colors though. I hate numbered products.

The quality of these is rather fantastic especially for a drugstore brand. The texture is smooth and creamy and the colors are vibrant and rich and very pigmented. The wear of these is pretty standard for a lipstick, they do however leave a very nice stain on your lips so when they start to fade it's not instantly noticeable. I didn't experience any bleeding with these and they sat nicely on my lips. The one downside I would say is that 01 and 17 are very drying so make sure you exfoliate and moisturize your lips before you wear them.

So I have to say that the raving is for good reason, these are extremely nice lipsticks and you can't beat the price (only $3.99) If you're looking for a nice, creamy, pigmented lipstick then give these a try. I can definitely tell that I will be getting a ton of use out of 06 and 11 this summer.
