Clarisonic Mia 2 Review

Buy it. Buy it now.

I'm kidding, I know its a splurge guys, I've been saving my pennies for about a year now and I finally bought it. And now all I can say is I wish I had bought it sooner. It's worth every single one of the pennies plus some.

I cheated and used the promo image so I could show everything that's included

I've had my clarisonic for 2 weeks now (I have the pretty flowery one shown above) and I really wish I had taken some before pictures because I can't even describe the difference in my skin. My acne scars are ALREADY fading, my skin is velvety smooth, my pores are less noticeable, and my makeup has just been looking ridiculously flawless. Like photoshop flawless. Its incredible.

My routine with the clarisonic has been this:
- Wash off makeup with Sephora Supreme Cleansing Oil (same thing as MAC Cleanse Off Oil for 1/2 the
   price)
- Clarisonic in conjunction with my Philosophy Purity 1 Step Cleanser, and
- Differin 0.3 (prescription acne stuffs)
- St.Ives Timeless Skin Moisturizer.

I had been reading some reviews on the clarisonic before I bought it and there were some complaints about skin getting worse and red bumps appearing when people first started using the system and fortunately I did not experience any of that, which I was very surprised about because my skin is usually an epic drama queen and goes ballistic when I even think of putting a new product on my face.

Your clarisonic system comes with the Clarisonic, a charger, a hard plastic travel case and a sample size of clarisonics refreshing cleanser. They do recommend replacing the head every 3 months, they run for $25 each or you can buy 4 packs for $75.  The heads are available in a variety of different textures, which I really like (I have the normal one and the deep pore cleanser) because I can switch it up depending on what my skin is doing.

So once again I know its a splurge, but if you're looking for that something that is just gonna push your skin to the edge of fantasticness then you need to get it. You really do.
